T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile subscribers may access offer codes (“Offer Passcodes”) to unlock various tickets to participating concerts in the United States, while supplies last.

• To qualify, eligible T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers must visit https://t-mobilereservedseats.com to verify customer status to receive an Offer Passcode to unlock the Offer.

T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers considered to be in “active status” with a qualifying plan (as determined by T-Mobile) are eligible for this offer. Customers on service plans paid for by government entities or agencies are not eligible.

T-Mobile Concert Perks will become available to customers at various times throughout the year. Whenever specific shows go on sale, T-Mobile customers will have access to 25% discounted tickets through www.T-Mobile-Concert-Perks.com. Tickets to events are on a first-come, first-served basis so be sure to act fast and buy them as soon as they are available to the general public.

If you see the “T-Mobile Ticket offer” on a Ticketing Agent's microsite can click the “unlock” icon to access a link to authenticate that you are a T-Mobile customer, then you will receive an Offer Passcode to unlock the discounted tickets.

If you can see the concert in the list of available events on www.T-Mobile-Concert-Perks.com, act fast! Once all the available discounted tickets are sold, the event will be removed from the site.

To qualify, eligible T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers must visit https://t-mobilereservedseats.com to verify customer status to receive an Offer Passcode to unlock the Offer a T-Mobile customers who see the “T-Mobile Concert perks” offer on select Ticketing Agent's websites can click the “unlock” icon to access a link to authenticate membership, and receive an Offer Passcode to unlock the T-Mobile Concert perks.

Once you receive an Offer Passcode for an applicable offer, enter your Offer Passcode in the appropriate code field on the Ticketing Agent's event page to unlock the applicable T-Mobile ticket offer. Depending on the Ticketing Agent's microsite or mobile ticketing platform, the code field may say “Offer Passcode”, “Code”, “Offer Code”, “Passcode”, or “Password”.

T-Mobile Concert Perks are available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis, and are only available while supplies last.

Each Offer Passcode is good for four tickets – one for you and three for your friends.

Quick Pass is an expedited entry, available at select venues participating in the T-Mobile Concert Perks partnership with AEG. When you purchase a T-Mobile Concert Perks ticket you will be prompted to add a complimentary Quick Pass before you finish the purchase.

Quick Passes are only available for specific shows; if you are not prompted to add a Quick Pass prior to completing your purchase, the offer is unavailable for that show. Any Quick Passes that exceed the number of tickets purchased are subject to cancellation.

No. Tickets are non-transferrable.

In accordance with terms and conditions, purchased tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

Maximum ticket purchase is limited to four tickets per Offer Passcode. Use your Offer Passcode prior to the Offer Passcode expiration date, or while supplies last (whichever occurs first). Your Offer Passcode may have expired, or you may have already used your Offer Passcode to purchase four tickets. If you feel you are locked out in error, please contact the Ticketing Agent's fan support for assistance.

If the passcode you have is expired or not working, please visit www.T-MobileReservedSeats.com to make sure you have the most recent code. There is a limit of 4 tickets purchased with each code received each week.

If you received your Offer Passcode in the T-Mobile Tuesdays app, please return to the app and visit “My Stuff” for your Offer Passcode.

Should the event be canceled for any reason, you will be notified by the applicable Ticketing Agent as soon as reasonably possible.

By claiming T-Mobile Concert Perks you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of your event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status. To be sure, check the venue policy where your event will take place. Should the event be canceled, the Ticketing Agent will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
