Terms & Conditions for AEG T-Mobile Concert Perks Program

AEG T-Mobile® Concert Perks (“Concert Perks”) are available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis, and are only available while supplies last (“Offer”). To qualify, eligible T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers must visit www.t-mobilereservedseats.com to verify customer status to receive an offer passcode (“Offer Passcode”) to unlock the Offer. Limit 1 Offer Passcode/subscriber/day. Concert Perks have a maximum ticket purchase of 4 tickets/Offer Passcode. "Concert Perks" are available as soon as tickets for any particular tour become available. Offer Passcode is void where prohibited by law. Offer is subject to program availability, venue capacity, artist, and age restrictions. Seat type varies and depends on venue. Offer Passcode is not transferable, and tickets cannot be resold. Cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers or promotions.

Offer passcodes are issued by Ticketmaster, LLC (“Ticketmaster”) and are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, as well as the terms and conditions on the Ticketmaster® websites and any ticketing agents (including AXS) (“Ticketing Agents”) (collectively, the “Terms”). The Terms shall include (without limitation) AXS' Purchase Agreement (available at https://www.axs.com/about-purchase-agreement_US_v6.html), as well as any event or venue terms and conditions. Your receipt and/or redemption of the Offer Passcode constitute acceptance of the Terms.

An Offer Passcode can only be used for a total of 4 tickets/Offer Passcode. One Offer Passcode per transaction. Offer Passcodes are case sensitive and good toward a maximum purchase of 4 tickets across all participating Concert Perks events. Offer Passcode is only applied when customer completes their ticket order. Offer Passcode expiration date is listed on each Offer Passcode distributed, or while supplies last, whichever occurs first. Tickets are subject to program availability, venue capacity, artist limitations and age restrictions. All ticket purchases are subject to acceptance of each ticketing agent's, venue's or event's purchase policy and terms.

Offer Passcodes are void if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels, or if any part is defective, altered, duplicated, photocopied, forged, counterfeited, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if Offer Passcodes contain or are the result of a printing, seeding, typographical, mechanical or other error(s), or do not contain proper security devices (an “Irregular Code”). 1 Offer Passcode/subscriber/day; T-Mobile has the right to remove the phone number from any and all T-Mobile Offers if such number is associated with over usage or securing multiple Offer Passcodes from different sources. Any attempt to obtain or generate multiple Offer Passcodes and/or Irregular Offer Passcodes and/or to use multiple names, email addresses, phone numbers and/or any fraudulent or other non-permissible mechanisms to obtain Offer Passcodes, as determined by T-Mobile and/or Ticketmaster in their sole discretion, shall give T-Mobile and/or Ticketmaster the right to disqualify user. The Offer Passcode has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except as required by law. The Offer passcode cannot be sold or bought. Void if sold or exchanged for compensation. Any unused value will be forfeited. The Offer Passcode cannot be combined with other product offers or promotions. Items purchased with an Offer Passcode are for personal use or gifts only and are not valid for resale. Tickets purchased with an Offer Passcode are not for resale. Offer Passcodes cannot be used for past purchases or offers. Use of an Offer Passcode for unauthorized advertising, marketing or other promotional purposes is strictly prohibited. The Offer Passcode cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and T-Mobile and Ticketing Agents are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from unauthorized use. The Offer Passcode is void where prohibited by law. Offer Terms subject to change at any time without notice.

If an Offer Passcode is used in violation of the Offer Terms, T-Mobile and/or Ticketing Agents reserve the right to cancel any ticket order. Once tickets are issued, they cannot be exchanged for other tickets or merchandise.

By claiming Concert Perks, you agree to abide by any and all laws, mandates, health order or directives, promoter or venue terms, conditions and/or rules and you understand that the event for which you claim a Ticket Deal shall be presented in accordance with the applicable public health conditions as of the date of such event and which may change at any time as determined by federal, state or local government agencies or instrumentalities, artists or the promoter. If the event for which you have claimed a Ticket Deal is cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the substantive laws of the state of California, without reference to conflict of law considerations. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in the state of California. You acknowledge and agree that each party has chosen arbitration rather than litigation to resolve any such dispute, claim, or controversy. You understand that a judgment on any arbitral award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. No arbitration under these Terms shall be consolidated with any other arbitration. There shall be no right or authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class action basis with other Offer Passcode program participants or other persons similarly situated.

TICKETMASTER, LLC, AXS GROUP LLC, AEG PRESENTS LLC, ANSCHUTZ ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, INC., AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS AND AFFILIATE ENTITIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS (“RELEASED ENTITIES”), MAKE NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE OFFER PASSCODE OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES RELATED THERETO.

YOU HEREBY RELEASE THE RELEASED ENTITIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE OFFER CODE, THE REDEMPTION OF THE OFFER, THE PURCHASE OF TICKETS, THE ATTENDANCE AT ANY EVENT OR VENUE AND/OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES RELATED THERETO.
